Tyler Bosier | President of B&B Custom Homes, Builder & Director of Operations

Tyler Bosier is a born-and-raised Idaho native with more than 25 years of experience in the residential construction and real estate industries. A builder, land developer, and Platinum-level real estate professional, Tyler has built an award-winning homebuilding company recognized for its quality craftsmanship and innovative design. His expertise spans new construction, land acquisitions, and large-scale development projects. Tyler’s commitment to excellence has earned him top industry honors, including Builder of the Year 2024, Spike of the Year 2024, and recognition as a Platinum award–winning real estate specialist.

Tyler currently serves as President of the Snake River Valley Building Contractors Association (SRVBCA), known for his steady leadership, strategic direction, and dedication to advancing Idaho’s building industry. He also serves on the Executive Committee at the state level as he progresses toward becoming President of the Building Contractors Association of Idaho. Tyler’s leadership includes serving as the 2024 Chair of the Local Presidents Committee, as well as contributing his expertise on the City of Nampa Impact Fee Advisory Committee, the State Impact Fee Committee, and championing the Build Up Youth Committee, which introduces young people to career opportunities in the trades.

At the center of Tyler’s life is his family. He shares his journey with his wife, Alison—an interior designer and creative partner in his company’s success—and their two wonderful children, Gavin and Carmen and dogs CoCo, Rocco and Luna. Together, they embrace an adventurous lifestyle filled with travel, outdoor exploration, and unforgettable family experiences. From cross-country trips and spontaneous weekend getaways to mountain lakes and their family cabin, going to beaches, and national parks, the Bosier family loves making memories wherever they go.

Outside of his professional life, Tyler enjoys team roping on his horses Graham and Blue, attending rodeo events, and working cattle and running their farm. He also loves Big game hunting in the high-country peaks and rugged mountains of Idaho—places that keep him grounded, challenged, and connected to the land he calls home.

Alison Fuller | VP of B&B Custom Homes, Interior Designer, Selections Coordinator

Alison Fuller is an interior designer with B&B Custom Homes, where she also serves as the marketing manager and selections coordinator. In addition to her design role, Alison holds her real estate license, giving her a well-rounded perspective on custom home building, residential real estate, and land development. B&B Custom Homes is an award-winning custom home builder, and Alison has been a valued part of the team since 2019.

With a degree in Digital Communications and a passion for thoughtful, client-focused design, Alison specializes in guiding homeowners through the exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) process of designing their dream home. She loves working one-on-one with clients and providing a truly hands-on experience, ensuring every detail reflects their personal style and vision — not just current trends or her own preferences.

Alison is present throughout the entire design and build process, from selections to on-site walkthroughs, and prides herself on being accessible and responsive. Whether it’s a quick text or a phone call, she’s always there to offer guidance, reassurance, and clarity. Her approach is rooted in directness, honesty, clear communication, organization, and kindness — all while making sure the journey is enjoyable and fun along the way.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys reading books of all genres, cooking, researching topics that spark her curiosity, and watching documentaries on ancient civilizations and historical subjects. She loves spending time in nature and creating meaningful memories with her closest friends and family.

Above all, Alison is a proud mother of two amazing children who are her best friends, and being a present, engaged parent is incredibly important to her. She shares life — and work — with her partner, Tyler Bosier, and together they enjoy collaborating as a team to create beautiful, thoughtfully designed homes for their clients.

Kim Schroedel Henderson | B&B Custom Homes’ Financial Controller

Kim is the the Financial Controller at Blast Properties – B&B Custom Homes, a role she’s held since September 2019. She works closely with the owners on long-term projections, budgeting, financial planning, job costing, and all accounting and tax functions.

With over a decade of experience running her own full-service accounting firm, Kim brings extensive expertise in construction industry finance, as well as prior experience in pharmaceutical development and medical practices. She is passionate about contributing to projects that create lasting, tangible results, whether building a single custom home or developing an entire community.

Outside of work, Kim lives in the Boise mountains with her husband, where they enjoy improving their property on twenty acres. She also loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, exploring local restaurants, attending sporting events, and paddleboarding on Idaho’s beautiful waters.
