Tyler Bosier | President of B&B Custom Homes, Builder & Director of Operations
Tyler Bosier is a born-and-raised Idaho native with more than 25 years of experience in the residential construction and real estate industries. A builder, land developer, and Platinum-level real estate professional, Tyler has built an award-winning homebuilding company recognized for its quality craftsmanship and innovative design. His expertise spans new construction, land acquisitions, and large-scale development projects. Tyler’s commitment to excellence has earned him top industry honors, including Builder of the Year 2024, Spike of the Year 2024, and recognition as a Platinum award–winning real estate specialist.
Tyler currently serves as President of the Snake River Valley Building Contractors Association (SRVBCA), known for his steady leadership, strategic direction, and dedication to advancing Idaho’s building industry. He also serves on the Executive Committee at the state level as he progresses toward becoming President of the Building Contractors Association of Idaho. Tyler’s leadership includes serving as the 2024 Chair of the Local Presidents Committee, as well as contributing his expertise on the City of Nampa Impact Fee Advisory Committee, the State Impact Fee Committee, and championing the Build Up Youth Committee, which introduces young people to career opportunities in the trades.
At the center of Tyler’s life is his family. He shares his journey with his wife, Alison—an interior designer and creative partner in his company’s success—and their two wonderful children, Gavin and Carmen and dogs CoCo, Rocco and Luna. Together, they embrace an adventurous lifestyle filled with travel, outdoor exploration, and unforgettable family experiences. From cross-country trips and spontaneous weekend getaways to mountain lakes and their family cabin, going to beaches, and national parks, the Bosier family loves making memories wherever they go.
Outside of his professional life, Tyler enjoys team roping on his horses Graham and Blue, attending rodeo events, and working cattle and running their farm. He also loves Big game hunting in the high-country peaks and rugged mountains of Idaho—places that keep him grounded, challenged, and connected to the land he calls home.
